钟力炜，男，汉族，1972年3月生，九三学社社员，研究生学历，理学博士，主任医师，博士研究生导师。现任上海中医药大学副校长，中华中医药学会推拿分会常委、上海市中医药学会推拿专委会副主任委员；上海市中医药学会副会长；上海市医师协会副会长，上海市医师协会中医医师分会副会长。现任上海中医药大学副校长，上海市政协第十四届委员会常委，九三学社上海市委医卫专委会副主任委员。

  主要研究领域为医院运营管理。曾担任卫生部医疗质量万里行专家组组长。作为申请人或主要负责人，获得包括国家自然科学基金重点、国合重点项目等多项国家、省部级重大课题；研究成果发表在The Lancet，BMJ Global Health等国际学术刊物上；承担多项SCI收录期刊的专刊主编工作，主编/主审学术专著多部；作为主要完成人，获得包括中华医学科技奖等多项科技奖励；是多项国家标准、全国团体标准、上海市地方标准的制定者。

Prof. Liwei Zhong is the director of SHUTCM WHO Collaborating Center for Traditional Medicine. He holds a postgraduate qualification and a Doctor of Science degree. He is a chief physician and doctoral supervisor.

Prof. Zhong is currently the Vice President of SHUTCM. He serves as Standing Committee Member of the Tuina Branch of China Association of Chinese Medicine, Vice Chairman of the Tuina Special Committee under Shanghai Association of Chinese Medicine; Vice President of Shanghai Association of Chinese Medicine; Vice President of Shanghai Medical Doctor Association and Vice Chairman of its Traditional Chinese Medicine Physicians Branch. Currently, he holds the post of Vice President of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Standing Committee Member of the 14th Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), and Deputy Director of the Medical and Health Special Committee, Jiu San Society Shanghai Committee.

His core research focuses on hospital operation and management. He once headed the expert panel for the National Medical Quality Campaign initiated by the former Ministry of Health of China. As principal investigator or key lead researcher, he has undertaken numerous key national, provincial and ministerial research projects including key programs of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and key international cooperation projects. His research findings have been published in internationally renowned academic journals such as The Lancet and BMJ Global Health. He has acted as guest editor for multiple special issues of SCI-indexed journals and compiled or reviewed a wide range of academic monographs. As a core contributor, he has received many science and technology awards including the Chinese Medical Science and Technology Award. In addition, he has participated in the formulation of multiple national standards, national association standards and Shanghai local standards.
